To follow on from my last blog I snapped two photos with my iPhone of dad on patrol in a new patch we have discovered. We went out as a trip to town wasn't what we would call the highlight of the day, we didn't come home disappointed as we found an abundance of ladybirds, blue tailed damselflies and some yet to be identified fairy winged things. One ladybird was so tiny I still can't believe there was room for the dots! We even found wild raspberries on our way to explore. Dad wasn't aware I was taking these, he was more concerned that he had left his macro lens at home but wasn't going to let that stop him sussing the area out for our return.
